MFT performs proactive capacity management with all new and existing customers. This programme includes measures such as percentage of CPU and disc utilised, support resources required, software and vendor support needs, and will assist in assessing future processing capacity requirements and costs.

MFT’s software is priced on a three tier basis:

  • Licence fee
  • Annual maintenance fee

The amount of fees will vary, customer by customer, and driven by three factors:

  • The software modules used
  • The location(s) where the software is to be used

GFAS is based on a powerful core-processing engine (GFAS ® Core) which is used to manage all the day-to-day back-office administration events. This module forms the basis of the platform.
