GFAS and its associated modules

Transfer Agency

Our software supports investment managers, third party administrators and fund supermarket platforms. Supporting the needs of both onshore and offshore funds, it is multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional.

Specifically, we support the following financial products:

  • OEICs, Unit Trusts and Currency Funds
  • ISAs and PEPs
  • SICAVs, UCITs and FCPs
  • Investment Trusts
  • Offshore and Onshore Funds
  • Property Funds

The software is modular based, so can be integrated with a customer’s current operating model, as well as supporting interfaces with common systems such as general ledger, printing and reporting packages.

Our software is divided into five key modules:

GFAS® Core is used to support all of the transfer agency and record-keeping needs, covering account maintenance, dealing, pricing, distributions, payments and many other functions.

GFAS® Call Centre is used for handling telephone or face-to-face contact situations, enabling the collection of contact tracking data for a comprehensive, single-customer view.

GFAS® Message Exchange is used to support Straight Through Processing messages via SWIFT, EMX, Fundsettle, and Vestima. It supports dealing, confirmation, pricing and other message types for both FIN and XML formats.

GFAS® Workflow is used to streamline business processes, delivering improved efficiency, customer quality and higher confidence in data accuracy. It also strengthens the control of business through real time reporting.

GFAS® Foreign Exchange is used to manage foreign exchange transactions profitably, whilst simultaneously managing market exposure and risk.
