MFT currently has the following vacancies
The role sits within MFT’s Business Consultancy Group and will provide input both tactically and strategically to MFT’s customers, being involved in a range of activities including transfer agency product enhancement projects, strategic reviews of processes and departments, as well as undertaking business acceptance testing. A significant proportion of the role will be engaged in working with our clients to clearly and concisely define and document business requirements and workflows.
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
The role will involve working within the Applications Support team to deliver techncial solutions to application related queries on the GFAS transfer agency system developed primarily on i5/AS400, Unix and Windows operating systems. The candidate will ideally have experience in both a development and a support background within the financial services sector and will need to be technically skilled in the following; RPG400, RPG ILE, SQL.
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
The role of service delivery manager (SDM) is part of the wider operations team, encompassing both customer facing and application delivery roles. As background, MFT has SDM’s dedicated to specific customers who are responsible for the co-ordination of all managed service activities for their customer. Reporting into the Head of Business Operations, on a day to day basis, the SDM will need to work closely with the other SDM’s, MFT’s service teams and the wider Fidelity systems organisation, ensuring an efficient, effective and resilient service for MFT’s customers.
