MFT was established in 1999 and provides software, managed service and consulting services. Our core platform currently administers assets worth in excess of $650 billion for a range of institutional customers around the world.
MFT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity International. We maintain close links with our parent company, who use our software and services in over 15 countries. At MFT we employ over 100 staff in offices in Bermuda, UK, Ireland and India. Our primary focus is on transfer agency and record-keeping, and we have gained a reputation for excellence and results driven deliverables in this area.
